Position Title:

Heavy Labor Welder

 

 

Shift:

Rotating shifts

 

Salary Range:

Direct Hire

 

 

 

 

Position Summary:  Direct Hire entry level position with an established company.  Insurance benefits available after 60 days.

 

 

Essential Job Functions (listing most important first):

1.

Heavy labor, tough environment

 

Must be able to work in a hot environment

2.

Direct hire

 

Rotating 12 hour shifts day, swing and grave

3.

Working in the cast house

 

Pouring the mag into molds

4.

Removing the ingots

 

Cleaning out the waste from the tubs

5.

 Must be able to follow instructions and rules

 

Self motivated – detail oriented. Established attendance record and performance rating.

 

Essential Job Requirements:

 

EDUCATION

HS Diploma/GED or Equivalent. Minimum of 18 years old.

 

 

EXPERIENCE

 Prior experience preferred but not required. Product knowledge a plus.

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must be able to pass respiratory/lung capacity test as they have to use respirators.

 

 

PRE-SCREEN REQUIREMENTS

Must pass drug screen and federal criminal background – no felonies.

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to pass respiratory/lung capacity test as they have to use respirators, will tour and interview prior to accepting.
