Soldered Worker Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)


  • Setting up soldering assembly process per appropriate drawing
  • Distal end and Proximal end procedures
  • Performing quality checks as required
  • Completing appropriate documentation
  • Maintain clean and orderly work area
  • Follow all company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Read, view and follow written and visual (picture) instructions for how to put parts together



Electronic Assembly Worker Shift Info


  • Day Shift, 03:00 pm to 11:30 pm
  • Monday - Friday

Electronic Assembly Worker Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)


  • Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, safety management, and controls and instrumentation
  • Reading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams
  • Basic math skills to measure parts and product
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 30-50 pounds
  • Electronic Assembly Worker experience preferred
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Able to work in the US

Equipment Used:


  • Solder station with mount to hold solder tip
  • Small glass container to hold flux
  • Small stainless steel rod to transfer flux from dish to parts
  • Steel wire to clean solder tip
  • Fanned collector to gather fumes
  • Lighted microscope to observe soldering operation
