  • Position:       Shop Worker
  • Start date:    Hopefully by end of Sept 9th or sooner.
  • Shift:            Days 6:00AM – 2:30PM (we are working overtime)
  • Pay:             $16.00 – $18.00 depending on experience

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Safety conscious person.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Work with hand tools – drills, saws, hot knives, roller & stitchers, hand knives, etc.
  • Some drawing reading experience.
  • Good with math.
  • Must read a tape measure proficiently.
  • Follows direction verbally and written.
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends
  • Work with chemicals – Apply Adhesives, paints, toluene, etc.
  • Keen eye for cosmetics and quality.
  • Efficient and organized worker
  • Forklift driving Experience
  • Willing to do other assignments as required.

 

Other assignments will consist of and not limited to – (Rubber stripping = removal of old rubber from metal parts, loading & unloading Oven/autoclaves, Keep oven area clean, help Sand Blaster get parts ready for blasting, help painter prep parts for painting, cleanout blasted parts and coat them with primer. Etc.

 

 

Individual must pass a Respiratory evaluation and fit test for a respirator mask along with the rest of the screening process.

  • Wood cabinet maker
  • Auto body repairman
  • Carpet layer
  • Construction worker
  • A journeyman to any of the above.
  • Any other trade that require to build a product. (A Jack of all trades. J )
