Pay Rate: $20.00

Shift: Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm

Quality Control Inspector Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

  • Provides quality assurance training for the production teams
  • Inspection includes verification of all components on the Bill of Material (BOM), requirements on the drawing, and verification of cosmetic specification before product is ready for packaging
  • Arranges first piece and first article inspections
  • Monitors and audits operator inspection logs, statistical process control records, and check lists
  • Manages the upkeep and calibration of measuring equipment such as calipers and torques
  • Document the result and activities in inspection records such as checklists, inspection logs, ERP, non-conformance material reports, etc
  • Communicate quality issues/concerns with management and engineering team before approving product for customer shipment
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Quality Control Inspector Shift Info

  • 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
  • Monday - Friday

Quality Control Inspector Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

  • 2 year degree in a technical field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of statistical process control
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
  • Advanced knowledge and use of measuring devices
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, carrying, stooping, and couching
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Able to work in the US.
