We have an immediate opening for highly motivated Powder Coaters with a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment. This role is vital to support our internal process and customer need for product.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Work under the direction of the department Supervisor to assist with daily operations.
  • Follow instructions during operation process.
  • Responsible for continually maintaining a clean working environment.
  • Powder Coater test will be required and will be scored on appearance and technique.
  • Powder Coater must clean and maintain all equipment.
  • Powder Coater needs to be able to hit the necessary mil range per powder or customer spec
  • Uses protective equipment when necessary, following all safety procedures.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in industrial manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years powder coating experience preferred
  • Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance.
  • Position requires ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Position may require bending, kneeling, and stooping.
  • Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals
