Job Title: Line Tech

Shift Information: Swing Shift; Monday Friday 2: 30 PM 1: 15 AM

Hourly Wage: $14.00 + DOE

Location: Spanish Fork, Utah County

Job Summary: Employee must ensure production equipment is operating in a safe manner.Set up and maintain production equipment to ensure quality and production standers are met.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Works and communicates well within a team environment
  • Provides technical support to the packaging department to ensure quality and production standards are met while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ensure production equipment is operating in a safe manner.
  • Set up and maintain production equipment to ensure quality and production standers are met.
  • Maintain and improve upon existing manufacturing practices.
  • Support and enforce all company and departmental policies, leading by example.
  • Assist in training of personnel.
  • Preform minor maintenance on equipment.
  • Assist in performing preventive maintenance (reporting needs) on all equipment.
  • Preform all assigned tasks in a safe manner.
  • Assist in department housekeeping.
  • Preform all additional duties as required by department supervisor.

Essential Job Requirements:
  • Education Requirements High School Diploma
  • Prescreening Requirements Employees are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and will be eVerified.
  • Physical Requirements Employees must be able to lift 50 lbs. Comfortably, work at a quick pace and be able to stand and move around for the majority of the shift.
  • Skill Requirements Employees must be able to read, write and understand basic math and English.
  • Experience Requirement Employees must have previous Line Tech or Machine Operator experience.
