Maintenance Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

Be able to snake a drain
Be able to replace a garbage disposal
Be able to do repairs as needed
Expected to work additional hours in preparation for any upcoming REAC inspection at any or all facilities

Maintenance Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Your own tools. Basic knowledge of all hand and power tools and their uses

Your own vehicle, Valid Colorado Driver s License, insurance verification and good driving record

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employees

Basic maintenance aptitude

Communication and people skills

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS

full-time position expected to work Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..

* Required to provide after hours, weekend and holiday emergency coverage as scheduled or needed.

Expected to work additional hours in preparation for any upcoming REAC inspection at any or all facilities.
