Crew Leader Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)


  • Install Fences
  • Supervisor crew
  • Designate job assignments
  • Train new install helpers
  • Accountable for the install crews actions
  • Attention to detail


Crew Leader Shift Info


  • Day Shift, 07:30 am to 04:00 pm
  • Monday - Friday


Crew Leader Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)


  • MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
  • Excellent longevity with previous fence company
  • Fence Building (privacy, chain link, ornamental) experience required
  • Crew Leader experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work in the US
