Maintenance Tech. Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)


  • This is an entry level position responsible for the preparation of vacant units for rent.
  • Duties include standard interior and exterior minor maintenance, grounds keeping, routine semi-skilled maintenance and custodial work to prepare vacant units for rent.




Maintenance Tech. Shift Info


  • Day Shift; 08:00AM to 04:30PM
  • Monday-Friday



Maintenance Tech. Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)



  • Landscaping and maintenance experience
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work in the US.
  • One (1) year maintenance experience or in related field.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Colorado driver license and an acceptable driving record.
  • A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum educational and experience requirements.
