DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Remove debris from all areas of the property
  • Maintain common areas and keep them neat, clean and free from litter
  • Assist with make-ready duties
  • Assist with various physical tasks such as moving heavy items
  • Help with landscaping needs
  • Other duties as needed





Landscaper Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)


  • Prior Landscaping and maintenance experience (prefer 1 year of experience)
  • Able to pass 10 panel drug screen
  • Able to pass national background check
  • Resume is required





Landscaper Shift Info


  • Day Shift, 08:00 am to 05:30 pm
  • Monday - Friday
