Packaging And Order Fulfillment Worker Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)


  • Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging
  • Work conditions vary, quitting time will vary based upon production needs, and flexibility is critical
  • Objective: To package all finished product shipped so it meets customer requirements
  • Assure all material packaged is not damaged or contaminated
  • Work to meet all daily ship schedules
  • Be willing to rotate jobs
  • Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, padding, etc.
  • Maintain a clean work area


Packaging And Order Fulfillment Worker Shift Info



  • 1st Shift 5:00 am to 3:00 pm or later pending production $15.50
  • 2nd Shift 3:30 pm to 1:00 am or later pending production $16.50
  • 3rd shift sanitation 10:00 pm to 7:00 am $17:50
  • Monday - Friday with some Saturday and Sundays tentative


Packaging And Order Fulfillment Worker Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)




  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team effort
  • Know and understand safety guidelines
  • Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
  • Able to work in the US.
