Data Entry Clerk Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)


  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Correct and modify inaccurate files and records
  • Scan documents and print files
  • Keep information confidential
  • Customer Service


Data Entry Clerk Shift Info


  • Shift, Monday 6:45 am to 3:30 pm
  • Shift, Tuesday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:40 pm
  • Monday - Friday


Data Entry Clerk Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)


  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Able to work in the US.
